By clicking the 'Submit' button, to send your order form to us, you are submitting an order for payment by invoice at the price stated, subject to our terms and conditions.

 

 

Payment

 

Payment for goods and any related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay by invoice, sent by email, once we have received your order form.

 

 

Delivery, Risk & Ownership

 

All goods purchased through our website will normally be delivered within 20 working days after the payment date unless otherwise agreed or specified during the order / invoice process (subject to delays caused by events outside of Our control, for which see Force Majeure’).

 

Delivery shall be deemed complete once We have delivered the goods to the address you have provided.

 

Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you on delivery or, if you fail to take delivery of the goods, at the time when the goods are delivered (or delivery is attempted) to you in accordance with your instructions.

 

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full of all sums due (including any applicable delivery charges), and at the time when the goods are delivered (or delivery is attempted) to you in accordance with your instructions.

 

Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you or if the goods are returned in accordance with any cancellation, refund, return or exchange policy as posted on this Website.

 

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

 

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects, damage or that they are the correct Goods. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt.

 

Please note, ‘made to order’ hand-made Goods are non-refundable if there is no damaged or defective. This is compliant with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which clearly states that ‘made to order’ items are non-refundable.

 

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an item please Contact Us within 2 working days of receipt, and we will do our best to rectify any problems. Items returned with no prior notification, and deemed suitable for a refund, will not be refunded.

 

Wrap the items securely in their original packaging where possible. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by 'insured registered delivery'. Please obtain ‘Proof of Postage Certificate' from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us and will only issue a refund for the goods once they are in our possession.

Cancelling an Order

 

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel an order for any reason. This period begins once you send and submit an order form for payment by invoice, to the point that payment is required. If you wish to cancel an order before payment is required, please Contact Us.

 

We may ask you why you have chosen to cancel and may use any answers you provide to improve our goods and service, however please note that you are under no obligation to provide any details if you do not wish to.
